Liger, a sports drama that has been circulating in the news, was released today and the early reviews are here.

The reviews are confusing and mixed, to say the least since the audience has a lot to say.

Liger, directed by Puri Jagannath, produced under Dharma Productions starring Vijay Deverakonda, Ananya Pandey in the lead with Ronit Roy, and Ramya Krishnan in integral roles featuring an extended cameo by the legendary Mike Tyson had an early release today on 25th August.

Liger is Vijay Deverakonda’s first pan-Indian film and has been receiving a lot of press both for the right and wrong reasons.

According to Film Trade analyst Girish Johar, “Dharma Productions is going all out in promoting the film. They haven’t fallen short in promoting the film in all nooks and towns of the country. The craze among the audience is huge, which is evident from the crowd that gathers to catch a glimpse of Ananya and Vijay at the promotional events.”

Due to this immense promotion all over the country, the film is expected to do well since audiences have been eagerly waiting for the release.

Twitter is filled with reviews from fans ever since the morning release. Check the same here.

Talk about confusion. With all these mixed reviews it’s too early to judge how well Liger will fare at the cinemas.

What are your thoughts? Above all are you watching Liger or waiting for more reviews?
