Deepika and Siddhant play key roles in the Shakun-Batra directorial – Gehraiyaan.
Gehraiyaan will be released on Amazon Prime Video on February 11.
The film also stars Ananya Panday, Dhairya Karva, Naseeruddin Shah and Rajat Kapoor in pivotal roles.
In the film, Ananya Pandey has played the role of Deepika’s younger sister, her opposite is Dhairya Karva.
The song and trailer of the film has gone viral.
In the song, you can see Siddhant and Deepika kissing each other.
Deepika has gone on record saying -“You can perform well on screen only when you are comfortable doing that scene, there are some bold scenes in the film, which I did not have any problem in doing because Shakun did those scenes.”
“A comfortable environment was created for whatever sequences are there in the film, they are the demand of the story, we have not forcefully filled any scene.”
Interestingly, this is Deepika’s first film after marriage.
