During a visit in Nepal India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has announced that Nepal will be offered an official ‘home ground’ for the Nepal Cricket Team. Nepal had been having difficulty constructing a permanent home stadium for its cricket team due to a variety of factors, including a lack of sufficient infrastructure and budgetary constraints.

The squad frequently played its home games at various locations, and plans were underway to build a dedicated cricket ground.
