Indian Cricket team are preparing for the upcoming men’s ODI World Cup as the grand event is just 2 months far away. The tournament is set to kick off on October 5 and the opening match will be played between the 2019 World Cup finalists England and New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Meanwhile, Indian veteran cricketer Dinesh Karthik, who was a part of the Indian squad in the 2019 ODI World Cup, has hinted at his availability in the upcoming World Cup. Karthik has not been a part of the Indian team, especially in the ODI format for a while now. However, it is to be believed that he has hinted at a commentary stint for the grand tournament.

Karthik replied to a user on Twitter who tagged him in a tweet in which it was asked who should be India’s 1st and 2nd choice wicketkeeper-batter for the upcoming major event. KL Rahul, Sanju Samson and Ishan Kishan were the options, however, a user tagged Karthik in it and the veteran right-hander quoted his tweet and said, “You’ll see me in the World Cup for sure is what I can say.”
