The Indian cricket team played their 2nd ODI of the 3-match ODI series against West Indies at the Kensington Oval in Barbados on Saturday, July 29. India suffered a humiliating 6-wicket loss as the Caribbean side levelled the series 1-1. The decider match will be played on August 1.

Meanwhile, a video is getting viral on social media in which Yuzvendra Chahal was getting beaten by someone while sitting in the dugout with Virat Kohli and Jaydev Undadkat. Later the camera shifted towards the person who was bullying Chahal and it was none other than Indian captain Rohit Sharma who was jokingly hitting Chahal for fun.

The leg-spinner was having a conversation with Kohli, however, Rohit started hitting Chahal in the middle of their conversation and Kohli also started laughing. All four players were rested for the 2nd ODI and it was one of the biggest reasons behind India’s embarrassing loss against the Windies.

We can’t get worried about every single game: Rahul Dravid

Many fans and former cricketers were left fuming as they believe that the Indian team management should stop experimenting with the players as the 2 major events are set to be played in just a few months. Indian head coach Rahul Dravid faced backlash on social media after Rohit and Virat were rested for the 2nd ODI.

It would be interesting to see if both of these players will be back in the squad for the decider or if Dravid will continue to stick with the non-experienced squad. He talked about experimenting with players after the 2nd ODI and said that we cannot get worried about every single game.

“I think we will always look at the bigger picture. To be very honest with you, at this stage in the cycle with the Asia Cup and World Cup coming up, and the injuries we have, we have to look at the big picture. We have to look at things like that. We can’t get worried about every single game and every single series. If we do that, I think that will be a mistake,” Dravid was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times.
