The old and infamous feud between Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and popular singer Arijit Singh appears to have come to an end, with indications that the Bollywood superstar has forgiven the singer. On Wednesday night, Arijit was seen leaving Salman’s Galaxy Apartment in Mumbai.

As soon as the video surfaced, fans started to speculate that the feud, which had lasted for almost a decade, might be over. While some people found it hard to believe, others were celebrating and had high hopes for a potential collaboration between the two in an upcoming project.

A fan shared a video on X with the caption, “Arijit Singh was seen at #SalmanKhan’s residence today. What’s going on? #Tiger3 #Tiger3Trailer.” However, fans wasted no time in sharing their thoughts and speculations online. Many expressed their surprise at the unexpected development, while others were eager to hear Arijit’s songs in Salman’s movies once again.

How did the dispute happen between Arijit and Salman?

In 2014, a conflict between Salman Khan and Arijit Singh erupted during an award ceremony in which Salman was hosting. In his role as the event’s host, Salman called Arijit Singh to the stage to receive an award. However, when Arijit, who was dressed casually, arrived on stage, Salman quipped, “Are you the winner?” To this, Arijit responded, “You all put me to sleep.” This exchange led to widespread reports that Arijit Singh’s songs were subsequently removed from Salman Khan’s films.

In 2016, Arijit Singh publicly apologized to Salman Khan in an attempt to have his version of the song retained in the movie ‘Sultan.’ He wrote in his post that he had made numerous attempts to apologize to Salman through text and email, but there was no response from the actor.

“…you (Salman) have misunderstood that I disrespected you.” Regarding the song from ‘Sultan,’ he expressed, “I have sung many songs, sir. But I wish to retire with at least one of your songs in my library. Please do not take away this sentiment.” he wrote in a post.
