Mukesh Kumar attended the Haldi ceremony with his bride-to-be Divya Singh, which is a part of the Indian wedding tradition. On the 28th of November, India faced Australia in the third T20I in Guwahati. Despite the international match for India, Mukesh missed the match due to his wedding. India gave Mukesh the leave for his wedding. The Indian pacer celebrated the ceremony with his friends and family.

The 30-year-old was replaced by Deepak Chahar for the third T20I in the Indian squad. India lost the third match by five wickets. India had to defend just 43 runs in the last two overs of the match. The Indian bowling attack bowled poorly and conceded the match to the visiting side. It seemed as if India missed the death bowling services of Mukesh in the match.

Mukesh is likely to be available for the remainder of the series between India and Australia. On the 1st and 3rd of December, India will be playing Australia in the fourth and fifth matches of the series, respectively. The matches are set to take place in Raipur and Bengaluru, respectively. The wedding of Mukesh is set to take place on the 4th of December, a day after the conclusion of India’s 5th T20I.

During the haldi ceremony of Mukesh, the Indian cricketer was seen dancing with his fiancée. The 30-year-old was seen dancing with joy to a Bhojpuri song named ‘Lollipop Lagelu’. The right arm pacer grooved to the beats of the song along with Divya, both of whom seemed to enjoy the moment. The event took place in Mukesh’s hometown, Gorakhpur, in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

The video of the two dancing to the song has gone viral on the internet. Along with the friends and family members, the couples were seen enjoying the beautiful occasion. The atmosphere seemed electric, as Mukesh was joyful for his big day. It was also good on the Indian cricket’s part to allow Mukesh to have his moment special. Despite having an important match, the Indian management allowed Mukesh to attend his wedding.
