India’s very own, the Indian Premier League (IPL) has evolved into one of the most successful and lucrative T20 cricket leagues globally since its inception in 2008. Combining cricketing excellence with entertainment, the IPL has become a sporting extravaganza that transcends boundaries. 

Over the years, it has witnessed thrilling contests, iconic performances, and the rise of emerging talents. Meanwhile, according to some reports, the Indian Cricket Board is likely to introduce a T-10 Cricket league considering the success of IPL over the years. The announcement is likely to be made in early 2024. Fans have reacted to it and expressed their feelings over the news. Many of them shared disappointing reactions while some seemed exciting.

Indian Cricket Board secretary Jay Shah is reportedly working on the blueprint of the tournament and interestingly all the stakeholders and sponsors have already given thumbs up to the tournament. It’d be interesting to see if the management will be successful in executing the tournament or not.
