India has lost the wickets of Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal early in the second innings of the Vizag Test against England. Both the Indian openers were dismissed by James Anderson. It seems like the Pacers are doing a heavy-weight job in the Test on both fronts. India would not be pleased with how the morning has passed till now.

In the Indian innings, James Anderson was brilliant in the first innings, claiming the key wickets under an economy of two. Likewise, Jasprit Bumrah was sensational with the ball in England’s innings. It was Anderson who took the early wickets for England in the 2nd innings against India.

Rohit perished for just 13 runs, thanks to a brilliant setup coming from the experienced pacer. The star batter had no clue how he was dismissed. After his dismissal, there was a visible disappointment from the Indian skipper. Anderson was pumped up as he provided the early wicket for his side.

Brilliant setup from James Anderson

The wicket of Rohit certainly brought the visiting side back into the game. Anderson got the ball to move on either side of the deck which created doubts in the head of the batters. It was the main reason behind the dismissal of Rohit. In the balls preceding to the dismissal, Jimmy got the ball to move into the right-hander.

In the ball which got the wicket of Sharma, Anderson got the ball to move away from the blade. The ball moved just away from Rohit to clip the top of the off stump. A dream stuff for a pacer. The crowd went silent as the star batter perished without making any impact in the Vizag Test, and for the series till now.

Rohit’s bad run with the bat continues in Test cricket. After the series against the West Indies, Rohit has failed to step up as a batter in the longest format of the game. Jaiswal perished in an attempt to drive a fuller delivery. Anderson had the better of the Indian opener for the 2nd time in a row in the Test.
