India women’s team claimed a memorable win against Australia in the one-off Test match by 8 wickets at Wankhede stadium in Mumbai. The home side has not lost a Test match yet in the last 16 years and continue the streak for some more time. A collective performance from both batting and bowling units ensured that India won the match to clinch the series of one-off Test.

Australian women won the toss and elected to bat first in Mumbai. Their innings was cut short to 219 runs in the first wicket, thanks to a brilliant bowling performance from the home side. India fielders were brilliant, and the bowlers bowled in good lines. Pooja Vastrakar, Sneh Rana, and Deepti Sharma claimed 4, 3, and 2 wickets respectively for the home side.
