WATCH: Rishabh Pant’s latest training video, sweating it out in gym
In recent times, India wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant has been training in the gym. After the accident, he was on bed rest for the first few months which led to his gaining weight. Also, after bed rest, he couldn’t train until recently as he was recovering from multiple injuries. Meanwhile, Pant has started his gym session and the latest video of it has been doing rounds.
In the video, the left-hander was seen doing lighting running. Notably, his right-leg has been strapped as he sustained two injuries in the same knee after the accident. For the unversed, the former India U19 skipper visited the Indian players in Bengaluru ahead of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023.

Rishabh Pant might return for the Test series against England
Meanwhile, the Delhi player is expected to return to the team ahead of the five-match Test series at home against England. He wasn’t included in the Asia Cup 2023 squad and is set to miss the home ODI World Cup later this year. Notably, the Delhi Capitals player will play against England against whom he has three Test hundred from 2018 to 2022.
It will be interesting to see how he fares after a year-long forced break.
