India’s star allrounder Ravindra Jadeja is producing a stunning performance in the ongoing clash between India and Australia in the ODI World Cup 2023 that sent shockwaves through the cricketing world. The left-arm spinner, known for his all-round prowess, produced a magical delivery that clean-bowled Australian batting sensation Steve Smith.

During the 28th over of the first innings, Jadeja took the ball in hand, his eyes were locked onto the stumps. Smith, one of the world’s best batters, was at the crease. As Jadeja delivered a beautifully flighted delivery, it drifted slightly before sharply turning away from Smith’s bat.

Smith, known for his impeccable technique, was left stunned as the ball spun past the edge of his bat and crashed into the off-stump. The sound of the timber rattling echoed across the stadium, and the crowd erupted in joy as Smith was dismissed for 46 runs and fell 4 runs short of his half-century. Jadeja’s delivery showcased his immense skill and ability to outfox even the best in the business. It was a moment that will be etched in the memories of cricket fans for years to come.

The wicket of Smith proved to be a turning point in the match, as Australia struggled to recover from the blow and started losing back-to-back wickets. Jadeja didn’t stop after dismissing Smith and sent back another set batter Marnus Labuschagne back to the pavilion.

The left-handed allrounder got another wicket by dismissing Australian wicketkeeper-batter Alex Carey in the 30th over. These consecutive wickets in the middle overs of the innings will surely hurt the Kangaroos in the end as it’d be difficult for them to hit some mighty blows in the end as it isn’t easy for the tailenders to time the shot well.
