Ajay Jadeja is famous for his match-winning against Pakistan in 1996
Notably, Jadeja is known for his quick-fire 45 off 25 balls against Pakistan in the quarterfinal of the 1996 World Cup. The then-defending champions looked set to restrict India to 250-260 in the game played in Bangalore. However, his innings including the famous butchering off Waqar Younis ensured that the team reached 287/8. In the end, the home side won the game by 39 runs.
