Ishan Kishan has smashed 2 consecutive fifties against Australia in the ongoing T20I series

Speaking of Kishan’s batting performances, he has impressively scored two consecutive half-centuries in the ongoing series and appears to be in excellent form. While he was part of India’s ODI World Cup campaign, Kishan only played two matches, filling in for the unwell Shubman Gill.

However, some fans believe that substituting Kishan for Suryakumar Yadav in the final match might have benefited the Men in Blue, who suffered a 6-wicket defeat. With the return of Rishabh Pant, it remains to be seen if Kishan will still find a place in India’s ODI squad.

Turning back to the India vs Australia T20I series, the third match is crucial for the Kangaroos as a loss would dash their hopes of winning the series. The game is scheduled at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati.
