Legends League Cricket (LLC) second season has gone brilliantly so far. The knockout rounds have already started. In the game between India Gujarat Giants and India Capitals on Wednesday night in Surat, a heated exchange of words happened between two former India cricketers, Gautam Gambhir and S Sreesanth  The incident happened when India Capitals opted to bat first against the Gujarat Giants. The umpires had to intervene to resume the game.

Gambhir smashed him for some boundaries and started provoking him after hitting the former pacer. A fan has done a video, and as per that, the former pacer has passed some words to Gambhir in frustration. In return, Gauti gave a good reply to the pacer.

The former India skipper has always been known for his aggressive approach on and off the field as he takes on players if something or the other is wrong. Capitals defeated the Giants in the Eliminator to qualify for the Qualifier 2 and they will meet Manipal Tigers who got beaten in the first match against the Urbanrisers Hyderabad.

Here’s the video:

I just wanted to clear some air about what happened with Mr fighter: Sreesanth

After the match, Sreesanth stated, “I just wanted to clear some air about what happened with Mr fighter, who fights with all his collagues for no reason whatsoever. He does not even respect his own senior players including Viru bhai (Virender Sehwag) and a lot of people. That is exactly what happened. Without any provocation, he kept on calling me something which is very rude. It should have been never said by Mr Gautam Gambhir.”

“So, I just want to tell you all that I am not at all at fault. I just wanted to clear the air straight away. Sooner or later you’ll get to know what Gauti has done. The words which he used and the things he said on a cricket field live are not acceptable.”
