A video of Bollywood actor Sunny Deol in which he was alleged to be drunk has been going viral. In the video, he was spotted by an autorickshaw driver. However, as reported by India Today, the video is as old as the Safar movie shooting. Notably, the Gadar actor has maintained in multiple interviews that he doesn’t consume alcohol.

On the other hand, the likes of Bhushan Kumar and JP Dutta are reportedly collaborating on a sequel to the 1997 hit, ‘Border’. It is said that Sunny Deol and Ayushmann Khurrana are being considered for leading roles, with the film set against the 1971 Indo-Pak War. The director of the film will be Anurag Singh, known for ‘Kesari’ and Punjab 1984.

The team had considered other directors such as Sankalp Reddy and Om Raut before zeroing in on Anurag Singh.

The story, like its predecessor, is based on true events and will feature action, drama, emotion, and patriotism. Sunny Deol is currently in negotiations regarding his payment for the film, and his commitment to the project depends on its outcome. According to industry insiders, the final draft of the screenplay is in progress, with Anurag Singh bringing his unique approach to the story. Ayushmann Khurrana, who was on board after hearing the initial version, will make a decision after reviewing the final draft.
