In a surprising and unconventional move, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has teamed up with American adult actor Johnny Sins. This collaboration is for a humorous advertisement that addresses the topic of erectile dysfunction. The ad is part of a collaboration with a wellness brand, aiming to raise awareness about the issue in a light-hearted manner.

The advertisement takes a comedic approach, parodying the typical Indian saas-bahu (mother-in-law and daughter-in-law) drama. Ranveer Singh and Johnny Sins play central characters in this amusing narrative. The plot revolves around a woman complaining to Ranveer about Johnny’s character, who is depicted as struggling with erectile dysfunction.

The woman uses playful sexual innuendos to highlight the issue, leading to embarrassment for Johnny’s character. The situation escalates to the point where the woman threatens to leave, resulting in a slap from her mother-in-law and a fall from the first floor. However, Ranveer’s character intervenes, providing Johnny’s character with a Bold Care pill. It saves the day, and resolving the issue in a humorous twist.

The ad, written by Tanmay Bhat, Devaiah Bopanna, and their team, and directed by Ayappa KM, cleverly blends humour with a sensitive topic, breaking societal taboos surrounding erectile dysfunction. Notably, this marks Johnny Sins’ debut in an advertisement for an Indian brand.

The commercial has garnered attention and laughter, with celebrities like Vishal Dadlani, Archana Puran Singh, and Nakuul Mehta expressing their amusement and praise for the innovative approach. Vishal Dadlani termed it “epic,” while Archana Puran Singh playfully acknowledged Ranveer’s emotional side.

Ranveer Singh emphasised the sincere intent behind the campaign.  He said, “I’m here with sincere intent to use my influence to raise awareness and make a positive impact. This campaign is more than just talk; it’s a mission that I am deeply connected to, aiming for tangible solutions and impacting millions of lives across the country.”
