‘This hurts more than anything’ – Fans react as Salaar filmmakers officially postpone release
Fans of Prabhas will have to wait a little bit longer to see him on big screen once more. Salaar, his upcoming album, has been postponed. A new release date has not yet been disclosed. On September 28, the action comedy Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire was planned to be released.
However, there have recently been rumours that Salaar would be delayed. But now the truth of those rumours has come to light. Salaar has been put on hold, according to a recent formal announcement from the movie production company Hombale Films.
The Twitter post read, “We are incredibly grateful for your steadfast support of Salaar. Due to unanticipated events, we must respectfully postpone the initial September 28 release. Please be aware that this choice is carefully considered because we are dedicated to providing a top-notch cinematic experience. In an effort to reach the highest standards, our crew is working nonstop. In due course, the new release date will be made public. Stay with us as we finish up #salaar, and thank you for sharing in this amazing trip, according to a statement from Hombale Films.”
Prabhas starrer Salaar is delayed
Another rumour has it that Salaar will be released on November 10 or 24 if the movie’s production is finished on schedule. Salaar has prominent performances by Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Shreya Reddy, Ishwari Rao, and others.
The official teaser for the upcoming pan-Indian action thriller movie has already been released. The trailer showed snippets of the exciting action from the vast universe that Prashanth Neel, the director, constructed.
The producers have given the audience some eye-catching snippets in the teaser, which is well-studded with a big size and ensemble cast. Additionally, they saved all of the important material for the main theatrical trailer only.
Veteran actor Tinnu Anand can be seen in a bold avatar in less than two-minute teaser flanked by numerous armed guys who are poised to shoot. Additionally, Prabhas is introduced, seemingly implying that he is the king of the forest. Prithviraj Sukumaran was also hinted at in the teaser, while Shruti Haasan was absent.
Look at how the fans have reacted:
