India wicketkeeper batter Sanju Samson last played for India during the team’s T20I tour of Ireland a few months ago. Since then, he hasn’t played for the team. Samson was named only as the reserve player for the Asia Cup 2023. On the other hand, the wicketkeeper has been left out of the team for the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023 starting on October 5.

Meanwhile, the Indian team is in Thiruvananthapuram for their last warm-up game against the Netherlands. Ahead of the game, a picture of players practicing in front of Samson’s painting. The picture was uploaded by Rajasthan Royals, the team led by Samson himself since 2021.

Meanwhile, talking about India’s warm-up game against the Dutch, it has been delayed by rain. Kerala’s city has been marred by rain, with only one game completed so far.
