Rishabh Pant’s social media post leaves fans puzzled

Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant is gearing up for a comeback to cricket. The 26-year-old had met with an accident late last year while driving home to be with his family ahead of the New Year.

The youngster has missed a lot of cricketing action as he hasn’t been able to take part in some huge tournaments. Recently, Pant took to social media and posted a rather cryptic message which left the fans confused.

Indian wicket-keeper and batter Rishabh Pant has been recuperating from a long-term injury lay-off. The 26-year-old Indian player took to social media and wrote “No more forcing friendships or relationships. Either it flows or it goes”

Last year the cricketer was embroiled in a controversy with actress Urvashi Rautela. The entire social media was abuzz with the news of the controversy between the cricketer and the actress as the two took potshots at each other.

The left-hander has just started training and is scheduled to play some domestic cricket. An international return has been discussed yet but it is learnt that it could be sooner rather than later.

As per reports it is learnt that Delhi player is set to return for the IPL 2024 season and is set to captain the side. The wicketkeeper batter had missed the entire IPL 2023 tournament as well as the World Test Championships and ODI World Cup 2023 tournament.

KS Bharat and Ishan Kishan were tried as the test wicket-keepers as the Rohit Sharma-led side felt his absence. The Indian star will not be part of the South African tour which is set to start in December.

There is mild optimism that the former India U19 player could have an outside chance of making a comeback at the start of the year. The 26-year-old will add a lot of muscle to the Indian team, especially with the T20 World Cup set to take place in June next year.

There is also the England tour of India where Ben Stokes and his side will play five-test matches during the tour. The fans and the Indian cricket team are eagerly waiting for their favorite star to return but this latest social media post has set tongues wagging amongst fans.
