Rakhi has fulfilled a long-time desire by travelling to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah on Friday morning (August 25), despite ongoing controversy and serious accusations made by her ex-husband, Adil Khan Durrani.

Her journey began after she decided to convert to Islam after getting married to Adil Khan Durrani in an Islamic ceremony known as nikah last year. Even her name was altered to “Fatima.” The ex-Bigg Boss contestant Rakhi Sawant was seen on a flight in a video posted on Instagram on Friday morning by the well-known Bollywood paparazzi account Viral Bhayani. She is visibly donning a hijab.

The actress expressed her feelings saying, “Assalamualaikum. Aaj mein pehli baar Umrah jaa rahi hun mein bahaut khush naseeb hun. Or my bulawa is good. Aur mera bulawa aaya hai. Mein itni khush hun. aap sab mujhe dua mein yaad rakhein, mein sabke liye dua karungi.  (Assalamualaikum. I am so fortunate to be performing my first Umrah today. Additionally, I got my calling. I’m overjoyed. I will pray for everyone, so if you would please mention me in your prayers.)”
