Prabhas starrer ‘Salaar’ delayed film to clash with Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Dunki’?
While Bollywood’s King Khan Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming and most promising collaboration with Rajkumar Hirani titled Dunki, the Pan-Indian star Prabhas’s Salaar is getting delayed due to some technical issues. Earlier, the makers of Salaar had made an official announcement of the film release getting delayed. However, they didn’t mention when. Now, as per the latest reports, Salaar will be released on 22nd December 2023.
Yes, you have read that right! If the reports are believed to be true, then two big-budget blockbusters will see a massive clash on the big screens. The news of Hombale Films’ upcoming movie Salaar getting a new release date has spread like wildfire on the internet. However, there has been no official confirmation about the same from the filmmakers.

The enticement increased when Prashanth Neel’s wife Likhita Reddy shared a story on her official Instagram handle saying that December 2023 would be completely unimaginable. This made fans conclude that there would be a mega clash between Salaar and Dunki at the box office. To this, the trade experts suggested that the Dunki makers might push their release date ahead due to this.
A few insider reports even suggest that Salaar’s makers had a secret meeting with Rajkumar Hirani regarding the release date. Both films have immense potential and this clash might affect their big bucks. Let us remind you, that Shah Rukh Khan recently created history by becoming the only Indian actor to make 1000 crores worldwide in a single year with two films. His Pathaan was released on 26th January and turned out to be one of the biggest blockbusters. Later, SRK’s Jawan was released on September 7 breaking records.
Now, it will be interesting to see what these films do on the big screens if they have a massive clash. The box office numbers will prove who is the bigger star.
