Old video of Arun Govil goes viral on internet during inauguration of Ram Mandir

An old video has gone viral on internet where Arun Govil was being recognized as ‘Ram’ from the TV show of ‘Ramayan’. In the video, a Muslim family was seen being happy to meet Govil in the airport of Mumbai and got an opportunity to take pictures with the actor who portrayed the character of Lord Ram in the popular TV series of the past.

In the video, it was seen that Arun Govil was in the airport to travel somewhere. The family recognized Govil as ‘Lord Ram‘ from ‘Ramayan’ and asked Govil about the same. As Arun confirmed it to be him, the family was happy and greeted him with affection. One of the persons from the family told others that it was ‘Ram’ from the popular TV series ‘Ramayan’.

The video has gone viral amidst the celebration of the inauguration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The people from different parts of the country celebrated it like a festival by burning crackers. People expressed their happiness upon the inauguration by taking to X and other social media platforms by uploading the image of the idol in the temple, which looks stunning.

In the viral video, it was seen that the family members greeted Arun with love. It seemed like Arun was busy and probably wanted to catch a flight. Hence, it seemed like he was in a hurry and wanted to escape the family as soon as possible. Yet he made the efforts and posed for the images with the family members. Arun attended the inauguration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

To get a photo with Govil made the family very happy. After interacting with the family, Govil left towards his flight. Govil did not get many opportunities in his career when he was at prime. It was felt that someone who played a character of Lord Ram’s stature would not be accepted by the common audience. Govil recently played a character in ‘Oh My God 2’, the sequel of ‘Oh My God’.
