Former legendary Indian captain MS Dhoni was last seen on the cricket field during the recently concluded Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. He led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to their 5th IPL title after defeating Gujarat Titans in the final match of the cash-rich league.

Meanwhile, Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Dhoni, who often travels with his husband to support him from the stands, recently revealed who is her favourite actor. Surprisingly the actor is not from Bollywood, however, fans expected that her favourite actor might be Sushant Singh Rajput as he performed MS Dhoni’s role in his biopic MS Dhoni: The Untold Story.

Surprisingly, Sakshi’s favourite actor is famous Telugu star Allu Arjun who was last seen in his blockbuster movie Pushpa and is set to bring the sequel of the movie in 2024. Recently, both Dhoni and his wife attended a promotional event for their upcoming movie LGM as producers where she revealed that Sakshi revealed that she has seen all Allu Arjun movies.

“You know I’ve seen all Allu Arjun movies. All of it. But, I don’t think that there was Netflix or Hotstar. It was all on YouTube, on Goldmine Productions. They used to put all the Telugu movies in Hindi. So growing up, I watched all Allu Arjun movies, and I’m a huge huge fan.”

He knows how to act: Sakshi about MS Dhoni

Sakshi also talked about Dhoni and the possibility of him making his acting debut. She said that Dhoni is not camera shy as he has acted for multiple brands since 2006 and if any interesting comes then he might give a thought to it. However, she wants him to do an action movie.

“If there’s something good, he may just do it. He has done a lot of advertisements. He is not camera-shy. He knows how to act. He has been acting in front of the camera since 2006. If there’s something really good on a slate, he could do it. If I had to choose for him, I’d do an action movie because he is always in action.” Sakshi was quoted as saying by Sportskeeda.
