MS Dhoni leaves fans surprised with his latest Facebook announcement
MS Dhoni has come up with a post on Facebook which has left the fans curious. It has been a while since the CSK skipper came up with something that has been able to grab the attention of the fans and drive them crazy. Dhoni attended the wedding event of Anant Ambani where he had a good time with some of his friends. The star cricketer met some of his friends like Dwayne Bravo, Rohit Sharma, Sachin Tendulkar, and others.
The former India captain took to his social media handle and wrote “Can’t wait for the new season and the new ‘role’. Stay tuned!” as the fans wondered what the context was. Some felt that it could be an announcement of an advertisement or something in which he is involved. Others felt that it could be related to CSK, as he mentioned ‘new season’. The 17th edition of the IPL is a few days away from starting.

Either way, the post of Dhoni has set social media on fire as everyone wants to know what it is all about. The reports claim that it could have something to do with CSK. The fans were happy that the star cricketer finally got something to post on Facebook. The 42-year-old is otherwise not so active on social media platforms in recent times.
Big blow for CSK ahead of IPL 2024
Ahead of the IPL 2024, CSK have suffered a huge blow. The star batter Devon Conway is set to miss the entire IPL 2024 due to an injury he sustained recently. The Southpaw was the leading run scorer for CSK in 2023, where they won the record 5th title. They are now tied with Mumbai Indians as the team with the greatest number of titles in the IPL.
In the ongoing series between New Zealand and Australia, Conway suffered a thumb injury. It looks a bit serious, and the reports have ruled him out of action for some time. It is being reported that Rachin Ravindra, another Kiwi in the lineup of CSK, is likely to open the innings for CSK along with Ruturaj Gaikwad. The fans of CSK are hoping for a quick recovery for the Kiwi batter.
