It is very common in a controversial TV show like “Bigg Boss” where close friendships can turn into bitter conflicts, and the latest episode of the 17th season of the reality show bears witness to a heated altercation between the two contestants Mannara Chopra and Munawar Faruqui.

In an upcoming episode, viewers will witness Mannara breaking down after a fight with Munawar, someone she considered one of her closest friends in the house. In a promo clip, Mannara, sitting with popular TV actress Ankita Lokhande’s husband Vicky Jain, engages in a tense conversation with Munawar.

Tensions escalate as Mannara sternly tells Munawar to “Just shut up,” followed by a resolute declaration that she will no longer give him any attention. Munawar, surprisingly, remains composed during the exchange. Subsequently, Mannara, overcome with emotion, requests to be called into the confession room. She expresses her desire to exit the show, leaving both housemates and viewers puzzled.

I have been with someone for the last two years: Munawar Faruqui

Discussing their connection on the show, it’s well-known that Munawar and Mannara have a strong bond. An illustration of their friendship is Munawar recently confiding in Mannara, sharing insights into his life, including details about his ex-wife and their son.

“I am with someone. I have been with someone for the last two years. It is clear. I will share something else with you. I was in a marriage. It was in 2017. We parted ways in 2020. We got divorced also last year. That chapter is finally over,”

“Amid all this, there is one good thing in my life, I have a son. He is 5 years old. He lives with me. I am a different person as far as my work is concerned. He is my fan. He knows all my songs. He watched my videos. If I post anything, he checks it out. He is living with me for almost five months now. He will stay with me only. My former wife got married again. In these five months, I have become so close to him that I cannot even express it. He is so smart.” Munawar was quoted as saying by News 18.
