Ahead of the upcoming ODI World Cup captain’s meet, India and Pakistan skippers, Rohit Sharma and Babar Azam met each other. Talking about the event, it will take place in Ahmedabad on October 4 at 2:30 PM IST. During the event, captains of all participating teams will speak to the media. While the inauguration ceremony seems to be canceled, the captains meet, and the tradition of any world event, will take place as planned.

Meanwhile, India and Pakistan will play each other on October 14 in Ahmedabad. The Men In Blue are unbeaten against their Asian rivals since playing each other for the first time in 1992. Both teams played each other in the Asian Cup 2023 last month, with one game ending in no result and another one won by India by 228 runs.
