Despite facing mixed to negative reviews, Sandeep Reddy Vanga‘s Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, continued its box office rampage on Sunday, setting unprecedented records. Surpassing the three-day collections of Siddharth Anand’s Pathaan, it fell short of Atlee Kumar’s Jawan, another SRK film.

The Animal became the second film of the year, following Jawan, to enter the Rs 200 crore club in India and the Rs 350 crore club worldwide within three days. On its third day, the actioner amassed Rs 72.50 crore domestically, displaying an 8.5% increase in daily box office earnings compared to the previous day, as per industry tracker Sacnilk.

In the movie “Animal,” Triptii takes on the character Zoya under the direction of Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film explores the complex dynamics between a father and son, facing competition at the box office against Vicky Kaushal’s “Sam Bahadur.”

Turning to her upcoming projects, Triptii Dimri is set to feature in Raaj Shaandilyaa’s “Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video” alongside Rajkummar Rao, and she’ll also star in Anand Tiwari’s “Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam,” where Vicky Kaushal leads the cast.
