Popular YouTube streamer and Virat Kohli’s superfan IShowSpeed recently visited India to support his favourite cricketer during the India vs Pakistan ODI World Cup 2023 clash which took place on October 14 in Ahmedabad. Although Kohli had a quieter game, Rohit Sharma’s explosive 86 off 63 balls enthralled the American YouTuber, who enthusiastically cheered for the Indian captain after witnessing his impressive batting performance.

Meanwhile, after returning to America, Speed scheduled a YouTube livestream where he went on a call with popular Indian YouTuber and S8UL content creator Payal Dhare aka ‘Payal Gaming’. During the video call, Payal asked the Speed, “Do you Rohit Sharma?” To which, Rohit replied, “Yes Rohit, Rohit no. 45.”

Surprisingly, Payal couldn’t understand the jersey number link and said, “I don’t know what is 45.” However, later she cleared that she was talking about the cricketer. Speed once again replied by saying, “Yeah, no. 45, Rohit.” Finally, the Indian streamer got the jersey number link and said, “Yes”. However, it was too late for her as Speed came up with a savage response and said, “You don’t know s*it about cricket”.

India defeated Pakistan for the 8th time in ODI World Cup history

In an interesting turn of events, Speed journeyed all the way from the United States to India to support Kohli, who unfortunately didn’t leave a mark on the game. However, the modern-day great’s absence was compensated by Rohit Sharma’s brilliant batting display, leaving the streamer in awe.

Speaking of the India-Pakistan match, the Men in Blue restricted Pakistan to a mere 191 runs. While chasing the target, the Indian skipper, along with Shubman Gill, dominated the Pakistani bowlers. Rohit’s impressive 86-run innings paved the way for a comfortable victory. In the end, Shreyas Iyer sealed the deal with a powerful boundary, securing India’s eighth World Cup victory against Pakistan by seven wickets.
