Indian actress sends marriage proposal to Mohammed Shami

Mohammed Shami has been in incredible form in the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023. In 4 matches so far in the tournament, Shami has a whopping 16 wickets, at a stunning bowling average of just 7.00, at an economy of 4.30. Shami has three 4-wicket hauls to his name already in the tournament. In each of the matches in the tournament, Shami has played a big role in India’s win.

The Indian bowlers are getting huge praise from the fans, former cricketers, experts and everyone else. Shami has been praised by a lot of people for his exceptional performance in the tournament. The seam bowler has been sensational for India in each of the matches and looks to be at his absolute best with the ball. Off the field, a lot of things are going against Shami.

With his ex-wife, Shami did not have a great past. Shami married Haseen Jahaan in 2014. They had a daughter and did not seem to have any problems. But in 2018, Jahaan accused Shami and his family of domestic violence. Later on, she accused Shami of having an extramarital affair. She then filed a complaint in the Supreme Court against Shami and asked for an arrest warrant against Shami.

‘I’m ready to marry you’ – Indian Actress

While the court case between the two has been going on for months, there has been a new movement in social media. An Indian actress named Payal Ghosh has proposed to Shami for marriage. Taking to X, Ghosh wrote, “Shami Tum apna English sudharlo, I’m ready to marry you.” The tone of Ghosh did not go well with the fans, who trolled her and said that she did not deserve the Indian cricketer.

Ghosh is not a popular actress. Born in Kolkata, Ghosh completed her education at Scottish Church College. In 2008, Payal started her film career with an English movie named “Sharpe’s Peril”. She appeared in several supporting roles in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi movies. Her most popular movie was “Patel ki Punjabi Shadi” which featured the likes of late Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal.
