Cricket Australia unveils their ‘World Cup team of the tournament’

Cricket Australia recently revealed their ODI World Cup 2023 Team of the Tournament, showcasing a formidable lineup that reflects the standout performers of the event during the league stage. The board considered players’ individual contributions, match-winning performances, and overall impact on the tournament. Here’s a detailed look at each member of the star-studded team.

1. Quinton De Kock (Wicketkeeper)

De Kock’s explosive batting and agile wicketkeeping made him an essential asset for the team. He is currently the 2nd highest run-scorer after the league stage standing behind India’s Virat Kohli with 591 runs in 9 innings.

2. David Warner
