Ab De Villiers is being regarded as ‘Uncle’ by one of the users on X. The user took to his handle and wrote “Ab De Villiers became uncle for the second time”. As the star couple of Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli posted Instagram stories on their respective handles, there was no end to the joy of the fans. Virat and Anushka have become parents for the 2nd time.

The star couple claimed that they were born with ‘Akaay’, the baby boy, on the 15th of February. Virat Kohli missed playing the Tests against England for the same reason. With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love. We are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy, Akaay and Vamika’s little brother into this little brother!” wrote the couple.

They further asked the fans to not disturb their privacy by posting images of the newborn child. Virat and Anushka seek blessings and love from the fans as they announce the birth of their second child. “We seek your blessings and good wishes in this beautiful time in our lives. We request you to kindly respect our privacy at this time. Love and Gratitude, Virat & Anushka,” added the couple in their child.

Virat Kohli and Ab De Villiers, brothers for life!

De Villiers and Virat played cricket together for 11 seasons in the IPL. De Villiers was bought by RCB in the IPL 2011. Since then, the former South African cricketer has been a part of the franchise in different capacities. De Villiers bid adieu to all forms of the game by playing his last match for RCB against KKR in the Eliminator. During his tenure as an RCB player, he became a dear friend of Kohli.

The two have often regarded themselves more as brothers than friends. Hence, the fan wrote De Villiers to be an uncle for the 2nd time in his life. It is worth noting that the couple Anushka and Virat became parents for the first time in 2020 with the birth of Vamika, their daughter. It is the second instance of them becoming parents. The star couple look set to embrace parenthood again.
