Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli announce birth of ‘Junior King’ with their Instagram post

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are blessed with a baby boy. The star couple took to their respective social media handles and confirmed the same to the world. The fans are overjoyed to hear the news that they have been waiting for. Vamika has got a brother in ‘Akaay’. The star duo revealed the name of their new baby boy.  

Virat has been missing from action in the series against England. The star player missed out on taking part in the inauguration of Ram Mandir to which he was invited. There were reports that claimed his mother to be ill, which was nullified by his brother. The latest developments have confirmed the reason behind Virat not taking part in the series against England. 

The couple took to their Instagram story and confirmed the birth of the child. “With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love. We are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy, Akaay and Vamika’s little brother into this little brother!” wrote the couple. There was a visible joy that engulfed the air as the duo made the huge announcement.

The couple then asked the fans to provide them with good wishes and blessings as they have always done. “We seek you blessings and good wishes in this beautiful time in our lives. The fans are expecting Virat to return to the Indian side as soon as possible. India will be taking on England on the 4th Test which is set to take place from the 23rd to the 27th of February. The return of the star batter would boost the confidence of the home side. It si to be seen if Virat will play the 4th or the 5th Test to celebrate the moment more.
