Breaking: Indian team for first two Tests against England announced

India’s squad for the first two Tests out of a five-match series against England, starting on January 25 in Hyderabad. Talking about the series, it will be part of the ongoing World Test Championship 2023-25. While India has played against the West Indies and South Africa, England played the home Ashes last year. Meanwhile, talking about the Asian team, they have given a maiden call-up to Dhruv Jurel.

He played for India U19 alongside Yashasvi Jaiswal in 2020. Apart from this, despite not playing in recent times and not performing well, KS Bharat has managed to retain his place. Apart from this, Avesh Khan, who played in the India A tour of South Africa, has also been included. The rest of the players in the team were expected to be named. Once again, Rishabh Pant continues to miss out on selection.
