Bigg Boss OTT 2023 winner gets arrested by Kota police
Elvish Yadav has been in the news recently for unnecessary reasons. The Bigg Boss OTT 2023 winner has been arrested by the police of Kota in Rajasthan. The sources suggest that there was a blockade imposition due to elections in the state. Elvish was caught travelling in the nearby area where the presence of the people was prohibited. As Yadav saw the blockade, he started running away.
Police saw Yadav running away and chased him. Sukesh police of Kota took Elvish under their custody. It was said earlier that Elvish was hiding somewhere in Mumbai. The last location was found to be a hotel in Mumbai. But the sources suggested that Elvish had left the hotel on Friday. It comes following the FIR registered against him for his connection in a rave party.
In sector 49 in Noida, an FIR was filed against Elvish for his involvement in the rave party. After the joint raid of the Forest department, Drugs department, and the police of Noida, five associates of Elvish were taken into custody. The names of the individuals are Jaikaran, Titunath, Ravinath, Rahul, and Narayan. In the raid, many living beings were recovered. Snake venoms, Nine snakes, including five cobras, were recovered by the police raid.
‘Please refrain from tarnishing my reputation’ – Elvish Yadav
The FIR was registered against Elvish Yadav under wildlife sections 9,39,49,50, 51 and IPC section 120B. It stated that the authorities found 20 ml of snake venom and nine poisonous snakes under their custody. The snakes included different kinds of species like 5 cobras, 1 two-headed snake, 1 python, and 1 rat snake. The FIR claimed the individuals to have used the snake venom during the rave party. Maneka Gandhi’s NGO registered the case against Elvish.
On Instagram, Elvish posted a video saying that he would cooperate with the police. “All the accusations against me are baseless and utterly untrue. There isn’t even a shred of truth in any of them. Please refrain from tarnishing my reputation. I am fully prepared to collaborate with the UP Police in their investigation. If even the slightest fraction of these allegations turn out to be accurate, I will take full responsibility,” said Elvish in the video.
