Now, a video went viral where Rohit was asked about the toughest Pakistani fast bowler he has faced in an event. In reply to that, he came up with a funny answer that left fans laughing.

Rohit said: “Sab acche bowlers hain. Main kisi ka naam nahi lunga, bahut bada bada controversy hota hain naam lia to (All are good bowlers. I won’t take anyone’s name. It will give rise to controversies if I take names)”. His wife, Ritika Sajdeh, was also there, sitting in the front row. She also failed to control his laugh.

Here is the shared video:

Rohit Sharma has two centuries against Pakistan in 16 ODIs

Speaking about Rohit’s record vs Pakistan in ODIs, he has played 16 ODIs and scored 720 runs, at a staggering average of 51.42. He has two centuries and six fifties to his name also. However, the Men in Blue will face the Men in Green in the upcoming Asia Cup in the group stage. If they manage to qualify for ‘Super 4s’, then they will once again. After that, if they qualify for the final, another mouth-watering contest might await fans. Then, they are scheduled to take on each other in the ODI World Cup in Ahmedabad on 15 October, which can be reportedly rescheduled to 14 October.

Meanwhile, recently, as quoted by the Governing Body of Cricket, Rohit shared memories from the 2011 World Cup campaign as he was not a part of that squad. He said: “2011 was a memorable one for all of us, I remember watching it from home, every single match, every single ball which was being bowled and that was being played. There were two kinds of emotions, one was obviously I was not a part of it, so I was a little disappointed. I decided I was not going to watch the World Cup, but again, the second memory I remember was that India was playing so well, quarter-finals onwards.”
