WATCH: Jasprit Bumrah’s wild celebration after dismissing Ben Duckett with gem delivery in 3rd Day of 1st Test against England

India vs England 1st Test match is currently underway. The Men in Blue have taken a lead of 190 runs in their first innings scoring 436 runs in reply of 246 runs of England. KL Rahul, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Ravindra Jadeja scored in the 80s. They all missed out on a well-deserving hundred. The English openers Ben Duckett and Zak Crawley started aggressively and the latter was the first one to be dismissed.

Duckett who was firing all guns blazing was lucky as Rohit Sharma’s side did not take a review of his LBW of Jasprit Bumrah, and then a beautiful inswinging delivery from the pacer let the off-stumps roll over and he was all pumped up after picking the big wicket with a video of his have gone viral on social media.

The Indian pacer was left fuming in his previous over when he trapped the England opener in front but was denied a DRS by skipper Rohit Sharma. During the replay, it showed that the ball was hitting the stumps which left Bumrah frustrated. However, the star pacer took matters into his own hands and castled Buckett in his very next over. Bumrah did a wild celebration after picking the crucial wicket of Duckett who was looking dangerous. In the very next over he took the former England captain Joe Root plum in front getting India back in the game.

England struggling in the second innings

The visitors are currently 140/4 with Ollie Pope and Ben Stokes in the crease, and they are still trailing 68 runs but the host side would like to bundle them as soon as possible and win the game.

In the first innings, Ben Stokes played a knock of 70 runs which helped them score 246 runs as they were struggling at one stage. They played Bazball in tough conditions but they failed to have a massive impact. Joe Root picked 4 wickets and was the pick of the bowlers for England in the 1st inning against India. The spinners of India have started webbing their turn against the English batters.
