Pakistan and Sri Lanka are currently clashing against each other in the 2nd Test of the 2-match Test series at the Sinhalese Sports Club in Colombo. After winning the 1st Test by 4 wickets, the Men in Green have once again started well in the 2nd Test as well. They wrapped up Sri Lanka on the score of just 166 runs in the 1st innings.

Meanwhile, a video is getting viral on social media in which Pakistan skipper Babar Azam can be seen playing a unique shot which went for a four. Asitha Fernando bowled the 3rd over. In the last ball of the over, Babar opened the face of the bat and sent the ball between slip and gully for four. For a moment it looked like he was trying to leave and in the process of withdrawing the bat, he hit the ball.

Brilliant bowling performance by Pakistan

Talking about the match, Sri Lanka won the toss and opted to bat first, but the decision backfired as they were able to score only 166 runs in the first innings. No other player, except Dhananjaya de Silva, was able to contribute anything special to the team. He played a brilliant knock of 57 runs, which included 9 fours and 1 six.

Abrar Ahmed and Naseem Shah bowled brilliantly to restrict the Sri Lankan batters to a low score. Ahmed took four wickets, while Naseem managed to clinch three. Shaheen Afridi also got a breakthrough. Sri Lanka also had to deal with 2 run-outs in which the first one came in the 3rd over, where Nishan Madushka got run out.

In reply, Pakistan also had a horrible start as they lost Imam-ul-Haq in the 3rd over of the innings. But opener Abdullah Shafique and Shan Masood, who came to bat at no. 3, steadied the ship and stitched a 108-run stand for the 2nd wicket. Masood batted aggressively and scored 51 runs off just 47 balls, which included 4 fours and 1 six. Pakistan is currently 178/2 on Day 2, however, the rain interrupted the play.
