Anant Ambani tried to lift Salman Khan during the second day of his wedding celebration. The first day went with a bang, owing to several artists who performed in the pre-wedding festivities. The second day was even more fun with several celebrities taking part and blending into the themes of the Ambanis. During the event, their singing and dancing performances have now gone viral on various social media platforms.

Akon sang ‘Chammak Chalo’, a song from the movie, ‘Ra One’, which saw Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. As Akon was singing, Salman came to the stage and started to dance to Dandiya. Anant saw the star dancing and tried to lift him. As Anant could not lift the Superstar, he called Shera’s bodyguard Salman and asked to help him lift the ‘Tiger’ superstar.

In the last couple of days, the event has witnessed some of the biggest celebrities in India from sports, movies, and other fields.

Reunion of Khan trio

As Akon sang the song, Shah Rukh, Suhana Khan, Radhika Merchant, and Salman danced together. Akon took to his Instagram handle and expressed the happiness of performing in the event. “Best pre-wedding party of the year. Got to bring my whole Indian family on stage to perform my biggest record in India. @iamsrk, @beingsalmankhan, @sukhbir_singer, and the bride and groom Anant and Radhika Merchant. Unforgettable evening,” wrote Akon on his social media handle.

On the 2nd day of the event, the stage witnessed the reunion of the Khan trio – Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan. For the first time in years, the trio came together. They danced to the songs like ‘Naatu Nattu’ from RRR, ‘Chaiyya chaiyya’ from ‘Dil Se’, ‘Jeene Ke Hain Chaar Din’ from ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’ and ‘Masti Ki Pathshala’ from Rang De Basanti respectively.
