Today on his birthday, Vivek Agnihotri unveiled: The Vaccine War.

Fans eagerly anticipated Vivek Agnihotri’s next film after The Kashmir Files’ commercial success. Vivek intrigued his fans a few days ago by posting a mysterious poster. The film’s name was not mentioned on the poster, despite how exciting it appeared to be. Finally, the title, The Vaccine War, has been revealed by the filmmaker, ending the wait.

The first poster for Vivek Agnihotri’s next movie, The Vaccine War, was published on his social media accounts on Thursday. A vial of the vaccination is seen on the poster. Its sticker, which said “I am Buddha presents The Vaccine War,” was interesting. “A true story,” it continued to say. The poster revealed the release date, Independence Day 2023, which was noted by the filmmaker at the bottom.

According to rumors, India’s contributions to the rush to develop a Covid-19 vaccine during the epidemic were at the center of the Vaccine War.  “When COVID came, India had nothing to fight. We were blackmailed & left alone to die by the superpowers of medical infra. But our scientists, without resources, fought back like their dharma. We made the fastest & the safest vaccine, created an infra every Indian can be proud of,”

Agnihotri had tweeted a few days prior. Around the same time, it was rumored that he intended to shoot the entire movie in Lucknow.

The second film in Agnihotri’s anthology series of movies based on contemporary Indian history will be directed by Agnihotri, who previously made the announcement.

In 2024, The Delhi Files is expected to be released.

The 1984 anti-Sikh riots, which were recently dramatized on film in Netflix’s Jogi, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and starring Diljit Dosanjh, are thought to be the inspiration for the movie. After earning around Rs 350 crore at the international box office, The Kashmir Files is still one of the biggest Bollywood movies of 2022.
