Vijay’s Varisu will clash with Prabhas’ Adipurush!
Adipurush and Varisu is scheduled to release on 12th January 2023.
On the occasion of Diwali, the
Thalapathy Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna are paired in the multilingual movie Varisu for the first time. The movie’s Telugu name is Vaarasudu. During the Pongal festival, the movie would undoubtedly collide with Prabhas’ mythical play Adipurush in the South Indian states.
Ramayana is the inspiration for Om Raut’s film Adipurush, which he also wrote and directed. The movie, which also features Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan in key parts, is scheduled to hit theatres on January 12—two days before the Pongal/Sankranti celebrations.
While announcing the release date for Varisu, the makers of the wholesome entertainer also dropped a new poster this Diwali on October 24 on the occasion of Diwali.
A large cast ensemble, including Prabhu, Jayasudha, Sarathkumar, Khushbu, Srikanth, Shaam, Sangeetha Krish, Samyuktha, Prakash Raj, and Yogi Babu, is featured in the Vamshi Paidipally-directed movie.
In the year 2023, on Sankranti/Pongal, Varisu will be released.
How will this affect the sales of both movies? Whose gonna have the bigger blockbuster? Vijay or Prabhas?
