Top 10 hairstyle of MS Dhoni from 2007 to 2023

  1. Long Hair

During his early career, Dhoni donned long hair till he led the team to the T20 World Cup 2007. In 2006, during India’s tour of Pakistan, late Pakistan military ruler Parvaiz Musharaf urged Dhoni never to get rid of his hairstyle. After the T20 World Cup, he got rid of this hairstyle.

2. Summer Cut

After getting rid of his long hair, the Ranchi-born player decided to don Summer Cut. This was done to beat the heat of 2008, in which he played the IPL, tri-series in Bangladesh, and the Asia Cup in Pakistan

3. Bald Look

After the 2011 World Cup glory, he decided to shave off his hair on his head. Apparently, it was later found out that he vowed to shave off his head if India won the World Cup. He shocked the fans as he shared a picture of him with a World Cup trophy donning a Bald look.

4. Viking Cut

During the 2013 Champions League (featuring Indian Premier League and teams from other nations), Dhoni donned a mohawk during the tournament. This hairstyle emphasizes the volume of hair on the crown and nape while leaving little hair on the sides. Numerous footballers at the time sported a similar look, and the hairdo quickly achieved enormous popularity.

5. Salt and Pepper

Five years back, Dhoni donned a clean and contemporary style and was created by mixing black and white hair. The former India skipper chose to wear this style toward the conclusion of his career and executed it flawlessly.

6. Spiked Hair

Over the years, the wicketkeeper batter and spike hair was one of his experiments that happened a few years back.

7. The Buzz Haircut

This hairstyle outperformed every MS Dhoni hairstyle. It came out as an attractive, well-balanced, low-maintenance haircut.

8. The Jarhead Hairstyle

A few years back, the Chennai Super Kings skipper was caught sporting what his hairstylist Bhavna calls a Jarhead hairdo, proving that MSD’s love for athletic hairstyles isn’t going anywhere.

9. Crew Hairstyle

MSD maintained the sides of his hair faded and left the middle of his hair in a more unkempt state. He presented the image of a disciplined yet jovial man.

10. Faux Haux Hairstyle

An uncommon hairstyle, Dhoni still decided to don this hairstyle.
