‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ has hit the big screens worldwide. The early reviews of the movie suggest mixed opinions from the fans and the critics. While some feel that it is a good watch for theatres, others feel that watching it on an OTT platform would do a better deal. Some consider the movie to be the best work of the lead actors in a while.

Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon are in the lead roles in the movie for the first time. The fans and critics have unanimously praised the duo’s chemistry in the movie as worth watching. It looks like the fans want more from the duo in the coming days. Their romantic presence on the screen is liked by the fans. Unfortunately, the script is not praised as much.

The critics think that many unnecessary elements are being added to the movie without any need. It seems like the movie intends to tell a thing to the viewers but ends up not giving quite the attention to it. The critics felt that the writing could have been better. It is also claimed that the movie has not quite packed the punch.

Uniqueness in the plot, not quite in the execution

The plot of the movie is about Aryan (Played by Shahid Kapoor) falling in love with Sifra (Kriti Sanon) who happens to be a robot. The run time of the movie is decent and the progression of the plot witnesses how the duo stays strong in their relationship amidst the challenges posed to them. It is the first movie by Shahid Kapoor in a long time on the big screens.

While the fans have praised the unique plot, the critics do not buy the execution of the same. There is an opinion that the movie did not match expectations. The direction and the screenplay of the movie are also being criticized. As a result, many critics feel it to be a hit or a miss. But the common audience tends to have embraced it.
