Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2 and popular YouTuber, finds himself entangled in a legal battle as an FIR has been registered against him in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The social media sensation has been facing serious allegations, including involvement in providing snake bites at clubs and parties. 

The allegations came to light after a raid conducted by the People for Animals (PFA) team, an organization associated with renowned animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi. According to reports, the PFA team raided a party in Sector 49 of Noida and discovered snake venom. Five individuals were also arrested at the party. The Noida Police FIR reported the discovery of 5 cobras, 1 python, 1 two-headed snake, and one rat snake in their possession.

The allegations against Elvish Yadav revolve around the use of live snakes in videos shot at rave parties in farmhouses in the National Capital Region (NCR). PFA had received a tip-off regarding Elvish’s involvement in these activities, and they promptly informed the police, naming him as the main accused. The informer had contacted Elvish, who then provided the contact number of his agent, Rahul, leading to the organization of the fateful party.
