Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming movie NC22 just became bigger and better.

The producers of actor Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming movie, tentatively titled “NC22,” revealed on Friday that Sampath Raj and National Award-winning actress Priyamani have joined the cast and crew of the picture.

The female protagonist is played by the young and promising actress Krithi Shetty in this movie, which is being directed by well-known Tamil filmmaker Venkat Prabhu. Fans and moviegoers have already shown a great deal of interest in the movie for a variety of reasons, including the fact that it would be Chaitanya’s first bilingual Telugu-Tamil film.

As the debut Telugu-language film by filmmaker Venkat Prabhu, the movie is also being closely watched by reviewers. The film’s production company, Srinivasaa Silver Screen, also revealed on Friday that well-known Telugu comedian Vennela Kishore, Venkat Prabhu’s brother, and Tamil comedian Premgi Amaren have joined the cast. Hollywood stuntman Yannick Ben, noted for his outstanding work in Hollywood movies like Transporter 3, Dunkirk, Inception, and City Hunter, will do the film’s stunts.

This year Naga made his Bollywood debut in Aamir Khan’s starrer Laal Singh Chaddha. However, the film didn’t perform well at the box office. On the other side, Naga’s father Nagarjuna made his comeback in Hindi films with Brahmastra. Unlike LSC, Brahmastra did well at the box office.
