Sonakshi Sinha’s rumoured boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal breaks his silence on dating ‘Dabangg’ actor

Bollywood veteran actor Sonakshi Sinha has been grabbing headlines for a long time now due to her rumoured relationship with The Notebook actor Zaheer Iqbal. Both of them have been spotted multiple times together at various public events. They often share pictures with each other on their respective social media handles.

Meanwhile, Iqbal recently talked about his upcoming movie in which he will be acting opposite Sonakshi. The movie is titled to be Double XL and the actor was all praise for her rumoured girlfriend. Iqbal shared that he got to learn a lot from Sonakshi and it was also a great feeling for him to wake up every day and work with her.

“It has been a blast working with Sona. Firstly, because we are best friends, it’s a great feeling to wake up in the morning and go to work with your best friend. Other than that she is also a bhandar of talent. I have learned so much from her, I remember I used to straight up ask her so many questions about the sets of ‘Double XL. It was great to have so much talent I was exposed to learn from and soak in the knowledge. Working with Sonakshi in every possible way has been one of the best experiences of my life.” Iqbal was quoted as saying by Spotboye.

It all started from a prank: Zaheer Iqbal

Iqbal was also asked about how the rumours of them dating each other sparked on social media. To which, he replied that it all started with a prank and said that they share a platonic friendship. It’d be interesting to see if they will ever publicise their relationship or if it will just end up as the rumours. 

“It all started from a prank. The relationship I and Sonakshi share is an absolutely platonic friendship, she is my best friend yaa.” Iqbal smiled as said.
