Shreevats Goswami has alleged a match-fixing claim in one of the games in the Super Division Match in Kolkata Cricket Club. Goswami claimed that the two batters who are in question got out intentionally. It was the match between Mohammedan Sporting and Town Club. Goswami felt that the two batters had no intention of staying in the middle and claimed it to be fixed.

The former U19 World Cup winner and a teammate of Virat Kohli claimed that the two batters seemed like having no intention of staying in the middle. The first batter left a delivery that came right into the stumps. As soon as he got out, the batter walked back to the pavilion without giving any reaction. The second batter stepped out of the crease before the delivery of the ball.
