‘Shami bhai World Cup pe concentrate karo’ – Fans react as Mohammed Shami responds to suspicious ball allegations on India

India has been playing exceptional cricket at the moment in the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023. It had led to the surprise of many. Some of the former Pakistan players could not digest that India has been able to play at a different level. In 8 matches so far in the tournament, India is yet to be beaten. It has been a sensational journey in the tournament so far for India.

India is about to play the Netherlands in their last league-stage match of the tournament in Bengaluru. Even before they could, they confirmed their spot at the top of the points table. Some of the allegations about India have been quite funny. Hasan Raza, the former Pakistan cricketer, has made two such allegations. Raza claimed that India has changed the nature of the pitch on the same given match between the two teams in a match. Raza also alleged that Indian bowlers have something in the ball that makes them more effective than the rest of the teams.

Mohammed Shami responds to allegations on India 

While the allegations of Raza were funny, to say the least, many former Pakistan players themselves reacted to it and criticized Raza. Wasim Akram, the former Pakistan legend, had also criticized Raza for his statement. The Indian bowler Mohammed Shami has reacted about the same. In his latest Instagram story, Shami criticized the persons who have made baseless allegations about India.

“Sharam karo yaar game par focus karo na ki faltu bakwas par kabi to dusre ki success ko enjoy kia karo chii yar. ICC World Cup hai apk local tournament nahi hai or Ap player hi the na. Wasim bhai ne samjhaya hai explain kia tha phir bhi. hahahahaha. Apne player apne Wasim Akram par yakhin nahi apko. Apna tarif karne mein lage hai janab apto just like a wow,” wrote Shami.
