The netizens had mixed reactions on it. While some felt happy for the players for helping the people to do the work, others ridiculed them for the same. Shaheen had reacted to the reason behind doing so.

Pakistan cricket’s new T20I captain said that there were only two people to lift the luggage of the players near the airport. As it was getting late for them to catch their flight, they opted to help the people in doing their job quickly. Shaheen claimed that they call their team as a family and they happened to help the members of their family by lifting the luggage.

“We only had 30 minutes to catch our next flight and we helped because there were just two people. We wanted to wrap it up fast and to save time. We call this team a family and helped them as a family,” said the left-arm pacer. Shaheen was asked about several other questions by a media outlet. The star cricketer answered all of them with grace, which was good to see.
