The latest magnum opus movie Jawan has been creating havoc at the box office. The film has not only proven to be a mass entertainer but is even well-versed with the critics. The ace filmmaker Atlee has done it yet again, this time even better than ever. Since its release, Jawan has been breaking and creating new records at the box office. The theatres have been houseful and Shah Rukh Khan’s fans are in a frenzy to support him.

The latest Atlee film starring Shah Rukh Khan had an amazing ensemble. The film also starred Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, Sunil Grover, Eajaz Khan, Vijay Sethupati, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Ridhi Dogra, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, and Sanjay Dutt.

A new record for Jawan:

Now, as per the latest report, Atlee’s latest film starring Shah Rukh Khan has minted over 507 cr INR at the box office within two weeks of its release. Let us tell you, this is the domestic collection only, the worldwide collection adds up even more to this whopping amount. On Tuesday as per the early estimates, the film is set to collect 14 crore. Therefore, the total collection of Jawan adds up to 507.88 in India within 13 days of its release.

Jawan hit theatres worldwide on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami on 7th September 2023. On its opening day, the film made 75 crores in India. The sum went up on Sunday as the film made 80 crore in one day. Making it the highest single-day collection of Jawan. In its first week, the film minted 389 crores. Now, as it completes its second week at the box office the film crosses the 500 crores INR mark.

Jawan has become the fourth highest-grossing Hindi film. The list includes  Pathaan, Baahubali: The Conclusion and Gadar 2. It recently surpassed the Hindi collection of KGF Chapter 2. At the worldwide box office, Jawan has collected 883 crore gross, as shared on the film’s official Instagram page.

Jawan was directed by the ace filmmaker Atlee, and it also marked Nayanthara’s debut in the Bollywood industry. Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt won hearts of millions with their extended cameos.
